The Sales Asscoiate, Ashley, helped us for more than one hour and was very patient with myself as well as my granddaughters who were picking out their 18th birthday present. Ashley was very kind and helpful throughout our visit and she helped a tremendous amount as one of my granddaughters is very picky. Luckily, my granddaughter found something she liked due to Ashley's help!

I was purchasing a retirement gift and only had a certain amount of money to spend. She was great. She made thoughtful recommendations, stayed on budget. She knew her stuff and she was pleasent, not pushy.

Even though the sales reps were all busy, I was told that the rep would serve me shortly. The store was bright and clean and it was very well organized. I used the booklet to browse through to pass the time until they served me. The little catalogues were a good idea so not to wait and stare at the ceiling.

I'm sitting at my nail salon and I saw a few other customers with the famous pandora brackets. So hello! Of course I had to open my beautiful big mouth and let my fellow pandora beauty strangers know there's a promotion going on at Pandora. I showed them the rings I got and bragged how I got more for my daughters because who wouldn't want some bling for a deal?! I ask told them how I love the staff at Sherway; Daniella, Victoria, Kimberly, and the manager is so amazing too; Jineen! They made me smile, then laugh, then I needed to get serious with the purchases and focus, then they made me laugh again. I asked Daniella if I was being greedy getting all this stuff. Of course she said "no" lol I didn't even care that that's what you 'should' say as a salesperson. They don't feel like salespeople. I said I want the friendship charm next for my new Pandora Friends lol. This place and the staff here are therapeutic to my heart. Thank you so much! Stay happy!

Raquel, the Sales Associate, was warm, friendly, had a great knowledge of the charms. She was wearing quite a few on her personal bracelets so was able to show me very quickly what some of the charms looked like.

The service was amazing! Daniella was friendly and knowledgeable. She took a lot of time with me to help me pick out the best suited bracelet for my needs. I was very pleased with her knowledge and her way of handling any obstacles. She helped me pick out nice rings too for my daughters and presented great ideas. I would definitely be dealing with this Pandora store at Sherway again. Every time I go to Sherway Pandora, I have a great experience. Staff is super friendly and caring there. Best place to shop.
