The staff was very nice and the place was clean and under control. I really enjoyed the visit at this pandora location.

My salesperson Iasmina was most knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She has an excellent sense of design and I was thrilled when she picked out 2 perfect pieces I wouldn't have thought of when I needed to bring my total up to $2,000 (great promotion by the way). Having recently retired from over 40 years in the jewellery industry please be assured that this is high praise for an outstanding employee as my standards are very exacting.

The sales associate Anjelica was so helpful and patient she took the time to show me how to use the product and the presentation sold me lol

Although we did make a purchase at this location, I felt that the prices for some of the items were a bit overly priced.

Pandora offers a variety of products however I do feel that the prices of some of the items are not very reasonable. Service was great

Came to the store to purchase my cleaning kit, the sales associate Kathleen was super nice to me and my family, she explained very well the step to care my bracelet and also we decided to buy earrings for my daughter, she recomened some of the options in the store, I highly recommend visit this Pandora store located at Sherway Garden Mall

After getting home from purchasing my Pandora bracelet, I noticed that their is something wrong with the bracelet and now I have to return it and get a new one, which is quite inconvenient, given my busy schedule.
