I was not statics but it was a good.

I am not highly satisfied due to the fact that when I walked it it took 5 minutes for someone to talk to me. Don’t get me wrong, the service was great . But next time I wouldn’t lime to wait 5 minutes.

This is how I rate things. I never give the higher mark because I believe there is always room for improvement, even though I didn't find any issues.

Anela and Raqy were absolutely fantastic. The only disappointment was the return price . I was expecting a value of 164 and it seems that they counted it as a sale price but I think originally my friend bought it a full price so i had to pay a difference of 20 $ which disappointed me because i was expecting to get the full price!. Other than this, they were awesome.

The store was sold out on most charms

At first, the sales assistant cannot locate the item that we wanted. She thought that it's no longer available. We asked her if she can checked from their system if it is available in other branch. She first checked the inventory and find out that they have 14 items left in their store. She apologizes to us. She treat us well and she also give us some recommendations.
