We did have to wait until a sales clerk was free to help us. There were several customers waiting and only two sales clerks

The selection in the Disney section was not satisfactory, sold out or limited. Could not get the charm for my nieces gift that I wanted. Had to settle. Was a disappointed that you don't keep more stock. Charms don't take up a lot of space, don't understand why you can't keep more on site or get more stock in once supply starts to get thin.

Since this is the first time I’ve bought this product, I don’t know very much about this product. Also, I was a bit vary of buying a product from a new company.

Erika was helpful and ensured my canceled order was canceled. I wish pandora did not discontinue the cotton jewelry bags.

There were three employees in the store but only two were serving customers, and one was in the back. One customer took excessively long to select her items and seemed to have to tell her entire life story to the employee. In short, no one cares to stand there while the Pandora employee is being used as a therapist, for almost a half hour. It would have been nice for the third employee to come out to help. Otherwise, the talkative customer should have been encouraged to browse/ wait while other waiting customers were served.

The sales clerk was very good. Just the problem as not being able to get right size in most of the rings I was choosing. Not only on this particular but in the past times also. other than that, it was ok.

Had to wait 10 minutes to get into store. Not the fault of sales associates, it is just a small space

Experience was good but had to wait 20 minutes in line. They didnt have the marvel ring in my size which is understandable. Would have liked to gone in and looked around without waiting in line. Only 2 customers could go in at a time

It’s just that the one that I want is not in the store so I just have to find another one that available

I purchased new Sparkling state and the gem is dark blue. The picture of the product is very misleading.
