The covid protocols and the one on one.

Although my wife is a very big fan of Pandora and has a huge collection I find some of the items which are not all silver slightly over priced compared to items that are all silver.

just waiting too long outside even though there is only 1 client inside already 2 people told me to wait because doing sanitizing

I really had no issues with my Pandora experience. I arrived at the store just before opening and so was the first customer in the store. I was offered hand sanitizer. I knew roughly what I was looking for so the associate showed me the items I was interested in. The only reason I didn't rate highly satisfied was because I was taken immediately, I really had no way of assessing how clean the store was. The tablet for payment was slow and the associate tried 3 different ones to get on. Really, no complaints but as an average I guess I was SATISFIED.

a lot of products were out of stock and the box changed to a paper thing looks really cheap and would be embarrassed to give it as a gift in the new paper thing

The line up was long with no attempt to inform patrons about average wait time. Overall the store associates were not warm and appeared very tired and burn out; maybe due to rush of Black Friday sale but does not excuse lack of warmth or friendliness

The only problem is the availability of products. Too often items not in stock.

There wasn't a lot of selection left over to shop for. There were display items no longer in stock (I.e: the Frozen 2 collection). Also, there weren't a lot of sale items to choose from. Charms can get expensive, so it's nice to see if there's a good selection available for purchase.

the selection of merchandise wasn't very great, cause the store didn't have the bracelet I wanted to purchase in my size and also the ring wasn't available in my size.

manager was very friendly.
