I would have liked alphabetical letters to be in a script style so it would look elegant. The 2 letters I did buy were okay, but if there would have been more script variety I would have given a better score. But all in all some good choices.

Lack of choices Most of the stuff was out of stock

I did not find some charms, that was available in the catalogue.

Some of the things have high prices that’s the main reason and there should more often sale

I needed a quick help and I was given it.

Not all the items I was interested in were clearly (or at all) displayed and most were from the new line. The salesperson didn’t seam too knowledgeable or too enthusiastic about making the sale. Instead of her giving advice to me, I had to pull information out of her. Although I was not too happy I still remained very polite and thanked her for her assistance and patience to which she said absolutely nothing. She either has no manners or really doesn’t like or want to work there.
