Zenith was absolutely wonderful, and extremely helpful especially after the hostile experience I had with another employee that I had a fews days before when I was in asking about an exchange. Zenith was extremely patient and great to talk to, overall great customer service experience. I believe this person may be the manager, she has shoulder length blonde hair and was rude and condescending towards me and my mother when I had asked about an exchange. She all but ushered us out the door and when I was having an issue finding the receipt on my phone her attitude and mannerisms became increasingly rude towards myself and my mother. I cannot believe this is the treatment I received.

The person who was serving me was somewhat rude and she was very snapping as if I wasn’t even there and when I was asking g her questions about the product she didn’t know what I was talking about overall her service was terrible

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience. I knew what I wanted. Julie went looking for the reduction. She showed it to me and I said yes I want it. There was no line for purchasing. All associates were friendly especially to my 8 month old daughter. I would definitely go back.

I was looking for a size 6 in a ring and all they had none at all but tons of size 5. For a big store in Sherway you should always make sure when you have stock available, especially in a common size.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the availability of the product that I needed. The product i wanted was not available at the first location i went to so i had to travel to a different, farther location.
