For the most part it is very satisfying experience going into Pandora. The sales associates were very friendly and were able to help me out. I felt like the ring sizer and the actual ring sizes are a tad off.

I have been a costumer at this particular Pandora location for many years, and some of their staff are not very friendly, helpful, welcoming or eager to assist their costumers as they come through the door, and patiently wait for someone to acknowledge their presence and it should not be this way at all...otherwise some staff are fantastic, but they may be part-time or no longer work there.

It was quite comfortable experience; I knew what I wanted and it was an in and out transaction as the staff was knowledgeable so it went smoothly.

I was looking for a charm to celebrate a milestone at work; when i asked for a celebration charm she just said we have no celebration charms. She could have showed me something else.

During this recent purchase at Pandora I was satisfied with the customer service and assistance I received. However a coupe of years ago, my husband purchased a Pandora ring for me but it was the wrong size. They didn't have my size and they had to order it. The ring never came in and the manager as well as the staff weren't very helpful with the whole situation. I ended up getting a credit for the value of the ring after speaking to the manager many times. I was not impressed how they handled my situation.

If I was able to walk in and not wait in line for the next available consultant then perhaps I would have been "highly satisfied." But given this was during a promotional sale I knew the drill. Also I knew in advance what I wanted given I reviewed the email that I received. One other item that would have been helpful is to keep the clip, chains and charms all together in the catalogue and in the trays.
