the service I received from my entrance while waiting in line. The associate with glasses was very friendly, cheerful and informative. I was able to receive help while waiting in line and was very impressed with how she handled the line and attended to my request.

The sales associates were very busy so there was a wait. The product had a lot of boxing which I think is a waste . The products are great and have been collecting them for years.

The sales associate was not very organized. It was a long wait to get into the store. Many rings were unavailable.

During my visit to the location, the charms that I intended to get (the 5 preferred charms and rings) were sold out. Either, bring more in or see have the assistance offer to check other locations.

I bought a bracelet and clip charm for my daughter's birthday and it broke 3 1/2 hours after she wore the bracelet. The clip charm was put on the bracelet at the store. My daughter wore the bracelet to school, straight from the Pandora box. The bracelet remains intact but the clip charm broke off and she lost the charm at school. I returned to the store on May 4, 2023 because I have to buy another charm for her bracelet. I worry now about buying another clip charm because it may break again. Is it faulty? Tel: 416-822-4687

The store was a bit busy and non the staff bothered to greet us properly and ask if we need help till we have waited for while overall it wasn't a very pleasant experience for me as I expected.

Sale people are totally not interested in helping you - all they want is to sell you the first thing you ay your eyes on .... Customer service close to zero

The purchase was made online and I was unaware I couldn't return for a complete refund because the location was not a corporate store. As a customer I don't care if you are corporate or not, that's a business issue not mine.
