Had questions about previously purchased item: sales associate answered bluntly “we do not cover for wear and tear” continued by explaining to sales associate that the previous bracelet purchased was only worn few times and when taken out of the box the next time it just seemed too tangled or damaged, it was too firm and not sitting the way it was when purchased: which was few months ago. Anyhow, sales rep basically kept repeating that it is wear and tear and not manufactory issue. Ignored and bought the same bracelet.

I asked the sales associate if i could change the email address that was profided because it was incorrect and she was a bit rude to me about it. I understand other customers were waiting but her tone was not very nice.

I just find the Sherway location they don't really care about the customer. It's not the time I've comment about this I just go there if Iam in a hurry. I also work in retail and I alway tell my customers not to go to the Sherway for pandora .

I find that every time I walk into the store in sherway gardens the girls are busy talking amongst themselves. They do not acknowledge me. I then find that they acknowledge customers that look more like them. To them it may seem like I am browsing but I chose to go in store when I could have purchased the jewelry online. I find that the customer service isn't as exceptional as Tiffany or the ritz Carlton. Seeing as how the stock in the store is pricey the level of service should reflect the quality and price of the merchandise. I hope they stop judging the client and treat everyone with the same level of respect

first choice item did not have, no boxes just wrapped in tissue paper not nice to give for a gift

I was shopping with my daughter, we have purchased alot of Pandora over the past few years. The associate did not seem to take us seriously - - she showed us the book instead of the actual charms. She did not seem to care if a bracelet we were looking for was in stock and offered no alternatives. We left with a gift for my daughter's friend but choose to not buy any Valentines merchandise because of the service.

The charm I wanted was not available. In the past Pandora jewelry would come in in nice boxes along with a Pandora bag. Now, the all its offered are paper boxes. If I want a a nicer paper box I have to pay $6.50 for it, and its second time this month I go to a store and they don't even have a Pandora bag to place my purchase in. Am I supposed to go to Dolarama to buy a gift bag? everything looks so cheap, might as well buy cheap jewelry somewhere else, then who cares about a cheap packing.

I receive daily email about how you get a free gift with each purchase, i went to the store 2 days in the promotions and the sales assistant tells me that they run out of gifts (jewellery box), and she even delivered tha tin a nice way. She made it may fault in away that why I didn't come earlier to the store when they had them in stock. The staff show 0 empathy and 0 consideration! I spent $360 on merchandise and was hoping to get the jewellery box and the jewellery cleaning kit, they didn't have any of them. Can't believe that such a big store (Sherway Gardens location) didn't have any of them in stock, meanwhile, the emails with the promotions are coming daily. Very disappointed in the experience, not coming back. If i would have known from the beginning that i would not get any of the promoted items and the staff attitude i would have turn my back and leave.
