Employee named Yasmine had such a bad attitude. I didn’t like the service which she provided. Customer service is really important, she behaved like I visited store for the first time , I am a regular customer and she made me look like I am new and have no idea of the products. I told her to polish my ring which i was gonna buy and she was like there is no problem whereas I like it to be polished because alot of people try it in the store.

This was my first Pandora purchase. The sales associate was not very responsive, and almost found it a chore to be showing me the items I was asking to see. She was yawning and didn't seem to be engaged in providing me customer service or wasn't thrilled about answering any questions I had. She was highly disengaged. I didn't notice this until after I got home, but one of the charms she sold me was slightly scuffed. There was another associate who walked by at one time and provided some unsolicited help and positive feedback. Overall, I am only giving this location a poor score based on the one single associate who had left a bitter impression on me. In reality, this is what matters though.

The store associate, Melanie, that attempted to assist us did not seem knowledgeable about the products nor the selection. She seemed very irritated to be assisting us with the return and even more irritated that I was requesting to see multiple products, as the selection was low and I wanted to be able to select something I really liked. Ultimately we were able to order the item needed but it seemed like a big hassle compared to all other locations I’ve visited.

i forgot i have 10 dollar point and i told her after i paid, i asked her i wanted to used it, she said no, next time, i have to do it all over again and no, i did not like the way she was, not even one smile, she is not friendly at all. She ask me a few time, do you want different boxes, of course i am buying a product and for a present i want the boxes... i don't know how a person like her is working with the public.

I was not able to locate the items I intended to buy. That was a total of 4 that were not in store. The staff did not look happy to help us, as we tried to decide on other items

Three of the charms I wanted were either unavailable or discontinued. The sales clerk was very indifferent. Her answer to all of my questions was that they were busy. This has never happened to me at a Pandora store before. I asked initially for two types of charms. She told me about them and then said that they must have sold out or discontinued the charm she wasn't really sure. I found her very frustrating to deal with. I had to wait forever initially. I realize that it is busier than normal due to your promotion but I expected better service.

Chain not in stock. Said they could not order at this time. I believe there was a sale but this item is not included. I had to go look on the website in my own to find the product.

Felt very pressured looking at the charms as you are paired with a sales associates. I was looking through the charms on sale in a booklet. There were many charms too look through and felt rushed as people were waiting to get into the store. It would have been a more positive experience if I was able to look at the charms in person instead of in a booklet. Felt very rushed and the charms were not returnable.

They were very rude about giving a box to my 12 year old who bought her first two rings today. I told them that I was okay with it being final sale since she was very excited to get her rings and wear them right away, but they kept making it a big deal about you cannot bring it back. Which is fine I have bought too much Pandora jewellery over the years and I wouldn’t mind keeping an extra ring or too. I just wanted the child to have a good experience getting her first Pandora jewellery which did not happen. I could see the boxes clearly from where I was standing and they very reluctantly gave us one box not two. They refused to give her even a small pouch. I had to tell my daughter I have a lot of pouches at home I will give those to you. I had already paid for the rings and I had already agreed that it was final sale so I could not give it back right then to them but I really wanted to. The clerk’s voice changed, she spoke with a lot of attitude after I had paid, and the worst part was that she stared me down as I was leaving the store. That was awful! I feel like never entering another Pandora store again. Will certainly not go back to this one for sure.
