Purchased a ring for 16th birthday. Size wrong. Returned to store less than 48hrs after purchasing. Would not accept as a size exchange as stated ring scratched. Ring was only tried on a few times to ensure correct sizing. Terrible customer service in store. Passive aggressive assistant manager. Shop pandora many, many times. Have spent thousands of dollars. Never again!!!! Ring isn’t even damaged at all and how sales associate prove that apparent blemish not there before purchase??? So disappointed And disgusted at customer service

Sale associate was not very helpful at all. She won’t even take time to recommend anything for us. I’m very disappointed.

The sales associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was very impatient and was rushing us. She said things like “do not touch the glass surface because she will have to clean it up”.

Went in today right from work.Was dirty from working in the cable yard.Stood there for about 15 minutes. No big deal they were busy. A lady came in after me all dressed up.Not looking grubby like me.They servered her next and i had to wait till someone from the back came out. I mentioned that i was next they said that she was there before me sorry.If i hadn't promised to get a gift card for some one i would have left.There are lots of jewelry stores in Sherway.Probably Birk's don't care what you look like .You shouldn't judge a book by its cover.Will never darken your doors again and if i am forced to i will put on a suite and maybe wont get the looks from the staff that i got all grubby and dirty.

After spending a fair amount of time selecting two groups of merchandise totalling $150.00 or more in order to qualify for 2 promotional bangles was informed bangles had run out and was offered last year’s model. I also could not get a straight answer from anyone whether Essence line was being discontinued and selection of Essence charms very poor. Separate to today’s visit I am very sorry to see the detailed booklet catalogues discontinued-it was my method of choosing what I wanted before going into store. I was also not impressed with new packaging (although I understand the environmental reason behind dispensing with ring, etc. boxes).

I purchased a bracelet in celebration to my anniversary with all the pieces I thought was important and with a mix of metals ( gold, rose gold and silver). Spent almost a grant, to find out less than 30 later that your rose gold comes off. I went back to the same store with my receipt for an exchange thinking there was a defect with my piece, to find out that was no returns allowed and they only decided to switch after 2 clients changed their mind after acknowledging what was going on. I feel that pandora is cheap products, at a very high price range. Really not worth it. Sorry!

Upon entering the store there were 4 sales staff and one customer that was being served. Two staff appeared to be trying on jewelry or adjusting their own and the other two staff were standing around chatting. We walked around the entire store with our having our presence acknowledged or being offered help. We stood at the counter before someone looked up and we asked if we could be helped. We indicated that we would be buying to gifts that we would be giving at the end of the month and asked about gift receipts. The sales person struggled to complete the sale, she couldn't find the bracelets and couldn't work the ipad. She called over teh sales lead who appeared annoyed and unfriendly. When we received the gift receipts we realized that the sales lead put a sticker on saying that they would only have 30 days to exchange. We realized that that wouldn't work for us and we asked for a refund. At this point the staff members seemed even more annoyed and called out the manager to complete the refund. We couldn't wait to leave the store.

Worst location, not happy with the customer service. Everyone is stuck up and not happy here.
