The sales representative was knowledgeable about products and offered me all available options and prices. When I asked which one she would pick for herself she told me and that was one I preferred too. She answered all my questions related to the product I purchased today and ones I plan to purchase in the future. Overall great customer experience

I was shopping for a birthday present for my sister and had no idea what to get her. The salesperson Sue-anne R. suggested I get her a necklace since she doesn't like the charm bracelets. I picked out the chain, the O pendant and another family pendant. I love how it turned out!
