I was very satisfied with pandora today. I found everything I needed in a quick easy and enjoyable visit. Alessia was amazing.

Initially I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience. I entered the store and did not receive a greeting, and 3 other guests were assisted before me, all of which arrived in the store after I had and received their own greetings. However once the associate came over to assist me she was great. Incredibly friendly, knew exactly where the product was located, was honest and very helpful.

The assistance manager was very experience and treated the customer as much as need to make me happy . She had make some great suggestions while I was buying from her. She was great and polite and try to fix my return mechanize which is not longer continue but the mechanize was still good condition which I never wear before due to the gift. Overload I had a magazine experience at Pandora at upper Canada mall.
