I LOVE this location!!!

This visit to pandora was extremely easy, there was no troubles at all and I will definitely be coming back.The product choices were great but one ring I was looking for was not in the store in the size I needed but I bought a different one that I am super happy with.

Heather the store manger and Hiba her assistant at upper Canada mall were so friendly and accommodating although it was the last half an hour before closing, they went above and beyond my expectations, I will definitely will go there again because of them, I appreciate all your hard working, thank you!

My experience with store 218319 and sales associate Sue-anne R no# 119515 was outstanding. She went above and beyond to make a matter right after getting the run around from the online customer service. After speaking with three different customer service reps she took it upon herself to make this matter right and I was able to make my purchase. She was so kind and generous it’s sales people like her that keep me coming back to Pandora. I will definitely be back to this location in the future. So grateful for people like her who make all the difference.

Came into the store knowing what I wanted to buy as a gift. The Keyholder Kelly was quick and great to shop with.
