At first I was overwhelmed by Pandoras large selection..but the associate, Brianna, made my experience feel easy. She was patient and offered a lot of knowledge so that I left the store feeling confident in my purchase. Thank you again!!!

Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about current merchandise. Very helpful in picking out new merchandise and able to show me some older last chance items to help complete my bracelets.

This was the first time I was at this Pandora location. Item was put on hold for me without issues. When arriving at the store I mentioned my name I was immediately greeted by the head sales manager. She got my hold items and then we proceeded to look at more merchandise. I was extremely pleased that this location had a number of items I have been trying to purchase - they were last chance items that were sold out at my usual Pandora store location. The sales staff were also very friendly and professional at this store and I would not hesitate to shop here again and recommend my friends to shop here as well.
