I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience as the sales associate was very kind and had extensive knowledge about the product and how to keep it and clean it. She also helped me find the right sized ring and told me exactly how it should feel when it fits right.

Sue was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for even before I articulated the words. She knew the products and provided me with different options. She was very friendly, professional and offered assistance very quickly. Also Candice was very helpful and very pleasant. I also receive great service when I visit the Pandora store in Upper Canada Mall Newmarket.

Visited the local Pandora store to return a gift and buy something I'd use more instead. The lady that served me was very helpful and friendly, personable but also efficient and quick in doing what needed to be done. I didn't feel rushed or pressured but I did feel I was presented with choices. She also gave me a catalogue book to make further choices a bit easier for me. Very happy and will return, the jewellery is pretty but the service won me over as a returning customer.

I came in with my daughter (age 20) to get an idea of what jewellery she and her sister (age 24) liked, for future purchases (think Christmas presents!). The sales girl was very friendly and helpful, showing us various styles of rings and earrings - even suggesting some styles that we hadn't noticed ourselves! She even wrote out a list of the styles (and sizes) that we liked for when I come back to purchase. Even though I only ended up purchasing a polishing cloth on this visit, we were treated with friendliness and respect and not rushed at all. I will definitely be back to get those Christmas gifts!

Our sales associate Sue-Anne was incredibly pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain details about charm placement, safety features and cleaning my bracelet. My husband and I learned much about Pandora that we previously were not aware of so all in all, the experience was awesome!! Thank you Sue-Anne!!

Best staff at a pandora store!

The staff was very friendly and it did not take long to assist me I walked right in and got help from the very kind and helpful Deanna. I enjoyed being able to try on different jewelry to see which ones I enjoyed most.
