This location is always great the staff are very helpful and friendly I never have an issue

My Sales Associate, Amberly was just amazing. She was professional and very courteous and knew the products. Knowledge of the products is very important as I have been to Pandora stores in the past and I basically had to teach the Sales Associates the names of thier charms and when they were released. Amberly, was very knowledgeable and this shows that she values the brand and is passionate about her role

I have had bad experiences before specifically in the Vaughan Mills location where the associates were rude. At the Newmarket location the associate went over and beyond to help with my return and purchase. Also this location was busy but still remained a friendly and clean environment. I would definitely go back.
