Always a pleasure to shop at the Pen Centre Pandora! Staff is always smiling, happy that you have come to shop or to say hello!

The sales assistant went out of her way to look for a specific necklace that i was interested in. I asked her to try a few different charms on the chain, which she did.

The staff at pen centre were very nice and helpful.. we went to NOTL Outlet first but the staff and environment was not welcoming.. the front old lady was very rude to us.

Went into the store and was helped right away. The sales girl new the ring we were looking for based on description. She was very courteous when I tried on the ring and polite during the entire transaction. Very satisfied. The ring purchased was the new Fairytale Sparkle. Beautiful ring, great value.
