Staff remember who I was since last time I was in the store! Wonderful that the staff takes the time to know you and welcome you into the store with lovely smiles! They are truly happy to welcome you into the store! I was looking for one particular charm. Thought it was sold out but the staff found one last one for me!!! So much incredible care for me as a customer!

I was able to find and purchase exactly what i was looking for, their stock was limited (but that's due to it being around christmas time) but I did find one of the charms I was looking for. I was very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience!

The store was busy, but the sales associates still had a smile on their face and were very friendly and able to locate what I was looking for quickly and efficiently.
