When I got home, I realized I was given the wrong spacer. I picked out and paid for Infinite Love Clear CZ (792101CZ) but received Cascading Glamour CZ (796270CZ) instead. My bill is stamped final sale but I am expecting to return to the store tomorrow to exchange the incorrect spacer for the one I selected.

There were two promotions running simultaneously and no mention of exclusions of having to choose either one or the other of the promotions and nothing online for me to check. The first spending $125 on Disney pandora and receiving a free clutch. The associate didn't even mention this as I purchased the two Disney charms ($135) and I had to bring it to her attention. The second instore promotion was a free bangle with $150 purchase. There was nothing to say that I couldn't have both promotions and there were no terms or conditions for me to look at. I probably could have overlooked this, however when the associate was showing me the bangle she stopped trying to open it for me to try on the size as she said she didn't want to chip a nail to open the clasp.

We bought a pair of earrings and advised the sales associate that we had lost the back to another paid of pandora earring we own. The associate said pandora does not sell just the backs and it’s not covered under warranty. Her tone was rude. I find it hard to believe you can’t buy only the earring back , but even if this is true the associate didn’t have to be so rude.

Girl took the showroom jewelry and sold it to mad as if it was new and un-used my the customers when it clearly was

The sales person was unfriendly. When charms were selected they were just dropped onto counter not into the covered tray as per normal. When I asked for a unicorn charm as I had seen one she said there is no such thing. Later I found that charm myself and she said it was a dog. I checked online and it is Bruno the unicorn not Bruno the dog. Staff need to have a better idea on what they are selling. I knew more than she did. I spent almost CAD 400 yesterday and that was the kind of service I got.
