what i was looking for was not an item you carry. was looking for pandora earrings in lever back style. wanted earrings that had pandora written on them in a dangle type style.

I was looking for a retirement charm. It would be helpful to have some options for this occasion.

I went in looking for a Disney Charm but the store was out of stock and the product is being discontinued... Also I was looking for a certain pair of earrings and the store data base said that there were three available in store but they could not seem to find them anywhere until we found some in the top display cabinet and took those ones out for me to take.

Store crowded-not easy to move around. One of the baubles I bought is broken and can’t be returned after one year. Rarely wear bracelet should withstand better then that.

It was very busy in the store. I was satisfied with the cleanliness. I was satisfied with the service.

There was one certain bracelet I would have liked to have seen in rose gold that the store didn’t carry

Just a lot of people when we went but only 2 sales clerks

The associates seemed to be changing over displays when I came into the store. The associate serving me asked questions of the other, who seemed irritated to be interrupted by those questions, which were really mine.

Store was so crowded, couldn’t find an associate to help, didn’t know about sales unless you looked at book.

I specifically went into the store today to buy something for my birthday which is tomorrow, they did not have any charms with my birthstone or the pieces zodiac sign charm. It's only March 8. The girl said that they had about 10 people come in today looking for the same thing, that should say something. their stock was terrible. I always get a gift card for the store at Christmas and it's usually the same thing, I can never find what I'm looking for, but I am going to tell my family not to bother with a gift card anymore cause I never find what I'm looking for. If I could use the gift card to buy online, I would go that way but I'm not going to waste my time going into that store. Thanks
