The associate was not of welcoming nature. She didn't invite me into the store although I was waiting at the door and no customer was in the store. She did not make any recommendations and I don't know for what reason, she was in so much hurry to just scan the item and check me out. I mean I'm spending over hundred dollars and I don't even get to look at the item for a few minutes. And I already had something in mind that I wanted to buy and 2 or 3 other things that I wanted to look at before I can buy. But she just took the book to make bill for the first thing I told her that I wanted to buy. I mean it is really disrespectful. That associate's name was Katie (No. 196556). I think you guys should hire people who can treat the customers as they wanted to be treated when they go to buy something at a store!

My boyfriend was given the wrong size bracelet and we wanted to exchange it on the 27th. We were told Pandora’s policy was no exchanges or returns on the 26th or 27th. Which was NOT posted in the store or told to my boyfriend when he bought it. Nor was it anywhere in the return policy or on the receipt. When we asked why we were not informed about this in ANY way we were told we should have read the signs and were treated very disrespectfully by multiple employees. So my boyfriend bought the right size and returned the wrong one the next day. We will not be shopping at this Pandora EVER again.
