Came in with my two year old and was hoping to get in and out quick as he is impatient (LOL). The sales associate came over to assist me right away, helped me find what I needed and answered additional questions during this time.

Great service and staff

I was shown both sale products and full price products. They cleaned my bracelet. We had a nice conversation about Disney charms.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted. Sales lady was very pleasant. I needed to exchange an item and I was able to do it quite smoothly.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service sales associate Kylee helped me previously during another visit to this store as I am an out of town customer coming to this location. People are always very nice, store is always clean and well organized definitely had a great experience. Products were explained well.

as soon as i walked in, Leah was offering to help me find something. I went today because it is my birthday and wanted to get a new charm, i told her i wanted a clip or spacer and she suggested her favourites to me. i ended up walking out with 3 charms that i am in love with.

Mary the sales lady was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions regarding the length of Pandora chains. She also assisted me when I wanted to look at merchandise in the lock cases. I will be returning to purchase the chain and charm that I was looking at since this survey gives me an extra 10$ off my next purchase.
