The guy who helped us, Ahmad Y, was pretty much knowledgeable about the products, unlike the supervisor of the shift. She just made a negative comment to the guy in front of the clients, which I think is unacceptable and rude. All the comments to the personal supposed to be made one on one and outside of the sales floor. The guy was doing his job, even though he made a small mistake, he did his best in serving us.
