I had come in to return a gift, but the sales associate, Saba, told me about the current promotion and I was able to take advantage of it with my return. The experience was very pleasant and Saba was extremely helpful processing my return and cancelling my store pick up item.

I visited the location to replace my ring I had purchased and which had a gemstone missing. To my surprise and disappointment I had slightly passed the warranty deadline. When I mentioned that I had previously tried to come by but faced a long and busy line during the holidays, the staff (Halaleh) kindly offered to Honor the warranty and provide me with a replacement. I am beyond grateful as this is a very sentimental ring for me!
