I didn't have to wait too long to get in the store. The sales associate was wonderful, very friendly and efficient. I came in to have my bracelets cleaned and she was more than happy to clean them for me. I also purchased a bangle, it was great that it was in stock considering my visit was right after Christmas. Sales associate A+++++

Quality of ring I bought is mesmerized

Gillian was awesome! There was a long line up but she kept going to people in line ensuring they were happy and helped them with their purchases. Her friendly attitude made for an excellent experience, will definitely return when she is on staff :)

First, the store was very covid friendly. They took all the precautions that were needed. The staff was very friendly and gave a very nice vibe. There was a variety of choices. The sales woman that was helping me out was especially kind and really helpful. She made me feel so welcomed and I’m really glad she helped me out.

Sales associsate was very knowledgable and very slow serving me , Did not know of the products in the store and scanned the wrong item .

An employee prepared the rings I liked and had picked out on my phone while I was in line, which made the whole experience a lot faster.

Quick, had everything that I wanted, the sales associate was very nice and helpful. I hope there will be more promotions in the future.
