Super gift for self on 25th birthday

The merchandise I wanted was available. They had a decent selection of sizes. The store was not full and the sales staff were very competent.

The staff was kind and answered all of my questions. She accurately sized my ring size by eye. There was no pressure from the sale staff.

I went in this store for a ring and ended up buying a necklace as well that matched! there was also a good deal going on so glad I was able to get a free 80$ bracelet with my purchase:)

the associate, Daria L, was extremely pleasant. I was there to do an exchange, and she accepted that was all I wanted to do, but did engage me in conversation to look around while she found what I was in the store to exchange for. She was polite, soft spoken and calming, welcoming and engaging, and just overall pleasant to engage with.

I came into the store about 30 mins before closing. I had in mind what I wanted. Sentiment, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and even asked her colleagues for additional support to find item she thought I'd want when they were last chance. I ended up buying a lot more than I initially intended to but I do not regret it at all as she and her team found me everything I wanted and didn't know I wanted! She also helped me located items past closing and that was really incredibly sweet. I thought 30 mins before close was enough time since I intended to only look at 2-3 charms but since I so much it was really nice of them to stay open for me, but I also know it was a big sale for them too. So win-win:)

The sales associate (Carolyn) was incredibly thoughtful and experienced and she helped me choose the perfect gift for my mom. I was also in the store to switch my old necklace chain to a cleaner one, which she helped me with and recommended a jewerly cleaning product which I desperately needed. She was great!

The service was great. Went to the store and was immediately helped out and the person was very nice. The store was very clean. The quality of everything was amazing and had lots of options for things.
