Pandora Associates were very friendly, their was a trainee today and she was very friendly, both associates were very polite welcoming me right away due to no waiting line, they were quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I was surprised the malls were still closed. I called into the store a little panicked as I needed a confirmation present for my daughter for 3 days from now. The lady I spoke to was so kind, so pleasant and took the time to answer all my questions. She sounded like she had all the time in the world to help me. Then I asked if I could pick it up in 30 min, that wasn’t a problem either. Just fantastic service.

The store manager handled my order professional , she was very responsive and helpful and I got my order when I needed it without any delays.I also was exchanging a bracelet from before and she did well and done that before I handled her the bracelet . It was smooth process and very successful,She also put together an great combination of charms on the bracelet I bought and I ended up buying with out hesitation
