The customer service was prompt and it was clearly stated what the covid protocol was. The wait time was minimal. When a customer service attendant was free, the station was thoroughly sanitized and the Pandora representative was friendly and quickly showed us items we were interested in purchasing.

Sentheena was amazing I had ordered several item for my Granddaughter for her 16th birthday but the pieces did not come together. With Sentheena's help I purchased another necklace that suited the charms my Granddaughter had picked out and she offered several more options for us going forward, I am sure this store will be one we will visit a lot.
