The girl was really friendly, and had good knowledge of the products, and very patient to me when I tried out different combinations, and ask questions.

Came into the store with my wife to purchase a new charm for a bracelet I bought for her birthday. We originally came to this location to buy the bracelet and the associates are always knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I came into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for (I saw the merchandise on the website) and when I told the associate what I wanted she presented it to me in few seconds. My trip to the store was very quick and fully satisfying.

I'm highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I love the choose they have to offer in products. Also, I bought 2 rings during my visit and didn't pay over 170$ wich means, Pandora has amazing prices!

My best experiences at this location have been when dealing with this particular associate Gillian. She is excellent in her role, very consistently friendly, knowledgeable, gives great feedback when I’m indecisive. She goes above and beyond explaining everything and mentioning key things (such as the gift card she gave me only works at that location). Having been a retail manager at my previous job, I really appreciate her professionalism and attitude. It is rare to find associates such as Gillian who are positive and provide a consistently great experience from beginning to end. Though I didn’t take up much time during my transaction, I did worry about being rushed when she reassured me to take the time that I needed in order to resolve my issue and pick the item I would truly be satisfied with. Gillian is a true asset to your team and I hope she is recognized and treated as such! I wish all of my retail shopping experience were as excellent as the ones that she has provided (I have dealt with her before and this has consistently been the case) Kudos to you pandora for standing behind your products and for employing such excellent team members such as Gillian.
