There was some online order errors due to black friday plus cyber monday. So one of my order got canceled and I had to buy that canceled one since it was friendship ring between my sister. I called them before I went there and the staff was really helpful and nice. She had so much knowledge about the rings (I just explained how it looked and she got it) and she even reserved them for me. Also one more thing is that I wanted to buy a certain ring but wasnt able to due to no size but she got them for me right away (just by explanation of how it look like) and I purchased both of them. So thankful !

The sale associate, Myriam-Angelina was super friendly and very patient with me. She had a great energy even though it was a crazy Black Friday weekend. She is ery social and I enjoyed my shopping experience.
