The ladies at Pandora in Bayshore, Ottawa are awesome,they have great knowledge of their merchandise amd great taste.

I went to the store with my friend who was looking for a ring, while I was wearing one I had from not too long ago from Pandora. My ring had been very tarnished with some stones missing and my friend said that I should ask an associate if they could possibly clean it, so I did. The associate offered to do an exchange on the ring, but unfortunately in store they did not have the same size of ring. She then said that I would be able to exchange for a ring of equal value, so I ended up walking out with a pretty new ring & could not be happier with how pleasant and helpful the associate was. I asked for her name & she said she was the assistant manager, Einas, at the bayshore location.

I found what I was looking for. The sales associates were very helpful. Very good overall.

Friendly Associate Availability of Charms easy exchange

I was in and out in 10 minutes, my purchase was complete. I knew what I wanted, having looked online. I asked the sales associate for the item, she went and got it, she bagged it and I paid and left the store extremely happy.

I am a Pandora lover but with the large collection of charms and jewelry I easily become overwhelmed and indecisive. Ines was super helpful in putting together beautiful and creative arrangements. She helped me figure out exactly what it was that I really wanted in no time. She responded to all my comments in a very friendly way. It was a great experience. I was so pleased and I highly recommend Pandora Bayshore.
