The customer service was exceptional. The girls showed me a wide variety of charms when I was with my boyfriend. They even cleaned my bracelet and it’s old charms.

Excellent experience. Associate was patient and helpful - I wanted to see several different options and she was knowledgeable about everything and showed me all the options, explaining all the differences. I didn't feel rushed (is hard to make decisions when everything is so beautiful!) or pressured at all. Was a great experience!
