My wife's charm bracelet clasp broke. I returned it and they exchanged it for a new one. Great customer service.

The super friendly staff of this store, most of them know me. I always look forward to new products when I go to Pandora. Plus the staff is more than accommodating and are well versed in the products.

Gillian was friendly, bubbly and very outgoing. The store had just moved to a new location in the mall that morning and truly I really would not have been able to tell this if she hadn’t told us because for the most part the store was clean and organized.

Alexandra M was amazing! I showed her the picture of what I was looking for , Found it right away , showed me the options for the bracelet and even showed me other options for the charms that I couldn’t find online! Extremely friendly as well
