My sales associate Alexandra was amazing, she helped me exchanged my product and she gave me the best option. I also bought a ring and she helped me out with my size, overall i would return to this store as the staff are friendly and I had a very quick service.

I went to the store because I had been hit by a car that resulted in my rings getting bent out of shape. The sales associate was very helpful and didn't hesitate to offer to try and reshape them (she even reshaped one that wasn't from Pandora). She even expressed concern over the accident and asked if I was O.K. After helping with that, she helped me find a ring for a gift for my sister, and showed me some items that I was curious to see. Her patience and customer service were exceptional.
