Jenn, the sales associate, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and pleasant despite the busy nature of the store at the time of my visit. She and other sales associates had to stay well beyond store closing.

Fanny, the salesperson, was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of staff who were welcoming!

My first visit to a Pandora Store. I found the sales associate Amber very friendly and helpful. The store was a little busy and I was served quickly and efficiently and any questions I had were answered. The charm I was looking for wasn't available at this visit but I was shown an alternate selection which I did purchase.

I found it very east to shop there and find exactly what I was looking thanks to the help of the staff and being able to look up past purchases so I didn't get the same thing and so I knew what charms would work

Very helpful staff, that took time to listen what I was looking for. Elaiza Mae helped find an alternative charm to a particular essence charm I have for the new open bangle that I was buying as a gift for my daughter. And they even gift wrapped them for me ☺️

I had such a great experience during my trip to Pandora. Staff was able to help me right away, I knew which bracelet I was interested in so they located it for me. The staff took the time to clean my current charms and place them nicely on the bracelet I was interested in to get the full experience. Staff also graciously helped solve an issue with a prior product. I'm very happy with how my trip to the store went - already shared with my friends what great service I was provided. Thanks!

The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have two Pandora bracelets that was purchased several years ago .I was in the store to buy one for my 16 year old grand daughter. I was pleased to see the variety of choices for the bracelets.
