I decided to benefit from the valentine offer of buying 2 items and getting one for free. I went live and it was a very busy mess, nothing from what I wanted was in store.. so it was suggested that I can buy anything and I have 30 days to return or replace so I can come back when everything calms down to replace what I have purchased, and since they didn’t have my wrist size i decided to divide my purchase to online as well since there was more variety there. I ended up buying 3 items from the store to get one for free and 3 items online.. following week, i was SURPRISED that I cannot replace the free item, it has to go away with the other charms that I was replacing which means that now i was getting 4 items instead of 6 for the same price. I was miss-led by the help in the first store that I can replace them.. the whole concept from Pandora was wrong, like they consider what I got for free as 0 value even though it was 150$ value… anyway long story short the help that I got from Bayshore branch (Janet) was marvellous, she did everything she could to lower my losses and i ended up having 5 items with paying 60$ extra.

ring sizes are not exactly the same, i purchased several rings size 6, but they dont all fit the same as a 6. i.e. some were 6, some were 6.25 and one was 5.75

There is a lack of gold hoop earrings. I had purchased online thinking I was getting the larger size, and as it turns out only huggie style is available in gold. Hopefully I won’t have to return the gift.

2 staff working unable to multi task. Tied up with 1 customer each who were blocking displays. Evening staff (Micheline) came in & took me right away, as well as 2 more customers.

Item we wanted could not be located in the store despite the inventory claiming there to be a couple in stock. After waiting while the store was searched for the item, were told that the item simply was just now out of stock...

There seems to be some confusion with your Pandora Club as it does not record the Sales in store and I had wanted a Snow Globe charm back in December however it always showed out of stock but the girl we spoke to stated that they received a shipment a couple of months ago but I was unable to access that information
