Went for a specific charm, they only had it available in a gift set. There were barely any Disney charms left to select from.

It was Black Friday so it was quite busy but the service was quite good for the amount of people that needed to be served. There was some difficulties with the technology so it took some time to complete the transaction but the employee that was serving me was very friendly and polite.

I would of liked a lot more size 10 options as I know it is a bigger size more options are not always a bad thing. The store is unfortunately a bit small for moving around and covid procedures don't help with it.

I came for a ring for a friends birthday and I initially tried to buy it online but the shipping price was too much, and I also was disappointed to see that there was no curb side pick up or in store pickup option. And I wasn’t able to find the proper ring colour of my choice.

The only reason i wasn’t satisfied is really due to Covid measures. I am new with pandora and do not understand my options yet. So I chose my 2 clamps from a tray that is presented. Everyone is doing their best. I wish I was able to browse a bit but I felt bad because someone was waiting after me. Again it was just Covid regulations

I'm always satisfied with assistance and quality. However, given the nature of Pandora and the way your store is structured, during covid restrictions I would recommend a 10-15 minute time limit in store. I visited the same location on February 20tj and 21st and had to wait over a half hour in line each time.
