Not really sure what you are looking for, for me, it was a good experience.

The associate could have been more knowledgeable/friendly.

I do find the prices a bit high despite owning 5 bracelets. I usually wait for sales to buy which is the only time I buy. Some of my previously purchased items are tarnished even though I keep them in the cloth bags. I do wish the store would go back to individual type charms for big cities (ie Eiffel tower for Paris, a matador for Spain, CN Tower for Toronto, Big Ben for London) I would love to travel to those locations just to collect my city specific charm.

They lady was nice and cared about my opinions showing me similar options when they were out of stock if the one I wanted

its very expensive. but its worth it cause its for my girlfriend. i love her.

Few things I desired to purchase were not in stock at this visit.

They did not have the ring I was looking for and I felt a little bit rushed from the sales woman.

I have to wait for long time .. and when i did the survey i should get $10 off .. however is seems like i cant have that discount if i did it before 6 months

Asked for a gift receipt for necklace bought. when i got home checked and had NO gift receipt but instead a receipt for a returned broken chain. Had I not checked the bag prior to giving it as a gift (was all gift wrapped) this would have been given in the present. NOT acceptable
