Coz I need more rose gold options

Associate was asking how another customer how she was doing and how she could assist while processing my purchase.

I don’t have one but was buying one for a good friend that was living work an now im looking at getting one .. very nice people

The sales associate who was helping myself, my mother, and my grandmother was not very friendly and acted somewhat condescending. It felt a little as if she didn't feel that we would buy anything (or be able to afford anything), but we did buy something.

The item I wanted was not available, the staff said the y would take my info to call when it came in but never did take my information to call me

Had to wait almost 5 min for an associate to become available to assist me

There were two sales associates and I think a manager in the store. One sales associate was eating an ice cream all the time I were in the store, the other one (Tallon D)wasn’t helpful at all.. maybe she was new, I don’t know. She wasn’t able to help me with my bracelet at all. Wasn’t knowledgeable about the product at all. I felt weird during my visit. The manager on the other hand were great, she came after 10 min or so, seeing that both girls aren’t helpful at all.

I had to wait for a long time before getting service. However, I am very satisfied with the friendliness, honesty and kindliness of the employee who served us. But given the amount of time I had to wait for, I was going to give up and just leave!

Due to volume of Christmas, three items I was looking to purchase, were out of stock.

Tatiana was not friendly while serving my sister and I. She did not lay the charms out on a tray, and instead she was stacking them on top of one another. She did not seem happy. to serve us. She did not seem welcoming, and did not greet us. When I asked more questions, and wanted to view more charms, it seemed like she was irritated.
