I was dissatisfied with my experience. After waiting 40 minutes in a crowded store to exchange my jewelry, Pascal exhibited the merchandise in such an impolite manner. She proceeded to inform me about the functions of the necklace as if I were unintellectual. Everything Pascal explained to me, from the exchange policy to the jewelry availability, was exempted from any manners.
