The service is quick and the staff are very friendly. The staff are knowledgeable with the products and answer any question. These girls really like their jobs.

I just wanted to share my experience with the sales associate Loreen at Limeridge mall. She was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, genuine and patient. By far one of my best experiences shopping at any store let alone Pandora. I hope management can recognize this fantastic employee and her dedication to making customers feel comfortable and satisfied.

I was very pleased to be served by Sara at Limeridge mall Hamilton location. I had purchased something at the niagara outlet store and was not pleased that the sales person didnt tell me I could get the bracelet in a different size. When I called the Mapleview location to inquire, the salesperson sounded irritated. When I called the limiridge location and spoke to Sara, it was a totally different experience..very pleasant She was extremely helpful ! So polite and patient for my situation. I needed to get a gift sent overseas so I needed to exchange it asap .. She was a breath of fresh air and totally solved my problem with a kind and inviting personality.. I will only go back to that store. Other salespeople there were helpful too. As for the other locations, I think some sales people need to be reminded that customers do not need to feel like they are a nuisance. They ask questions for a reason and the sales people should be helpful as opposed to acting annoyed or frustrated. Sara is very knowledgeable about the product and very informative when demonstrating the different options of jewelry.
