My salesperson was Sarah J. She mentioned that she was a newer associate, but her knowledge was great, if she didn't know, she found the answer quickly. She was friendly, personable, and offered some great suggestions. Thanks Sarah, I love my purchase!

Maudlyn was amazing and she was super knowledgable and helpful. Very funny and was super easy to talk to. Boy did she know her stuff too, had so much info that helped in my purchasing

Kayle my sales lady was so friendly and patient with all my questions. She showed me how she thought it would be easier for me to open the bracelet. She laid out different patterns on the bracelet with different kinds of charms. I was able to really get an idea for what I can do. I ended up buying two more charms and hope I can get the hang of opening and putting on the bracelet by myself.

Haven't shopped at Pandora before, was buying my mom a birthday gift and wasn't sure where to start. The sales associate did a great job of asking what her likes are and directing me towards charms that were relevant. She was incredibly friendly.

Though the wait was a little longer due to COVID it was worth it. My salesperson, Amber F, was highly knowledgeable and was a big help. I did not know what I wanted but she asked the right question to kinda lead me in the direction I went. I am very happy with my purchase.
