Prior to visiting the store in person I called the day before and spoke with Dahlia - Dahlia was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thankfully I also had the experience to have Dahlia as my associate when I went to the store to see the items we had discussed over the phone the next day. Dahlia was very personable and knowledgeable and took her time to demonstrate and explain options and how items worked - you are very lucky to have such a person on your staff
