The Sales Associate, Maudlyn was very friendly and knowledgeable of the Pandora products and was able to explain the differences in the bracelets I was looking at purchasing. I had intentions of buying a snake band with for my sister's birthday (she also explained the difference in wrist sizes with and without charms on them) and I also wanted to purchase the stethoscope charm which they luckily only had one left of! My sister just finished her Bachelor in Nursing and this was the perfect little charm to add to her bracelet. Maudlyn also explained to me that I can complete this survey to receive $10 off my next purchase of $100 or more which is perfect because my other sisters can now each purchase her a charm for her new bracelet!

I was highly impressed with my entire experience at the Limeridge Mall Pandora location. The sales associate Dahlia was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Not only that, I also really appreciated how committed everyone was in respecting the current rules that have been set in place as a result of the ongoing pandemic, specifically their commitment to ensuring that the in store shopping experience was a safe and enjoyable experience. I absolutely love and adore my Mickey and Minnie Silhouette Stud Earrings! I can't stop running into the bathroom to look at them! Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience. I can't wait to get back in again soon to make more purchases!

Dahlia and Maudlin were both so helpful as I purchased two bracelets and a charm during the Ontario provincial lock down. The gift was for my niece as she graduated from Queen's University with an engineering degree. I can't say enough on how lovely both of these ladies are!!
