The line for pick up of the merchandise has huge. I had pre-ordered under the premise that pick up was swift and I would not need to wait in line as the people with no pre-order would. Well, it turned out that the people who had nor pre-ordered were going in and out faster than the long line of pre-order. I had to leave 20 minutes into being in line to pick up my husband from the hospital. I returned a few hours later and the wait was not as long, but it was still quite lengthy. Amylia, who helped pre-order was excellent and was trying to keep me from leaving. She was great the days prior when I shopped my pre-ordered selection. I highly commend her. I love Pandora, I shop constantly, this was not the associates' fault.

Maudlyn was very friendly and helped me pick my items based on quality and what would be best for my investment. She was a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable while shopping.

The salesperson Amber at Limeridge Mall was super friendly, welcoming and assisted me promptly and effectively with my purchase. She made me feel more than comfortable during the visit. High marks for her!!!

Amelya S was an amazing assistant who made my visit very welcoming. She showed me different products their were in the store that she thought I would like that suited what I had been feeling emotionally.

I was able to save my spot in line and continue to shop the mall. I didn't know how to "save my spot" but there was an associate outside the store willing to assist me in registering. I later received a text message telling me I was now third in line. By the time I arrived at the store it was my turn. An associate was waiting for me and was so friendly and helpful. I already knew exactly what I wanted to see and she took only seconds in retrieving it for me. I think I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Sales associate Dahlia was very friendly and knew exactly which item I was looking for. She first showed me the charm on the display with some of the other new products and then grabbed the actual charm. I was also interested in a ring that was online and she showed me some similar products, I didnt end up purchasing a ring because I didn't love any of them like the one I loved from online but I appreciate that she took the time to show me similar products.
