I saw something in online but that was looking not so good. I showed them and explained what kind of things I wanted. Customer service showed me something different that i was really looking but could not found on website. Which I very much liked and appreciated.

The woman working was excellent and very helpful. Her and the manager were extremely helpful in finding what we needed, and recommended products. A fantastic experience overall.

I dealt with Kayla at the Lime Ridge Mall location. She was very pleasant and helpful. Purchased a necklace, pendant and charm for my Birthday. Also returned a bracelet that I purchased last December that broke while adjusting it. She was great about exchanging it for another one. I was hoping to get the 20 year Anniversary jewelry box as a bonus gift with my purchase. I was told that the bonus gift had expired and was only available with an online purchase. I did not read that in the email that I got from Pandora. Had I understood that I would have made my purchase online as I have done online purchases before. That was my only disappointment. I have been a longtime Pandora customer and have always been very happy with my purchases.
