Maudlyn, the sales associate was amazing. My mother and I came in to browse for our charm bracelets and were just blown away by Maudlyn's knowledge. She talk to us about why clips and safety chains are important for our bracelets which no one ever told us about before. She also cleaned my bracelet and all my charms for me. She went through lots of different trays of products and in the end, found exactly what we wanted. We both walked out with multiple charms and I got a new ring to replace my broken one. I will always look for Maudlyn on my next visit to the mall.
