I had been in the store earlier to do a return and was served by Kayla. Kayla was so wonderful in handling my return and had mentioned that the sale for "up to 35% off" was about to end (tomorrow) and showed me some charms. I couldn't make up my mind and she offered me a catalog. I went and browsed through the catalog and picked out a few charms and then came back to take advantage of the sale! Thanks to Kayla for pointing out the specials.
